Victor Daccarett founded Annapolis Green Construction to meet the increasing demand for energy efficient environmentally conscious residential construction projects.
In his career, Victor has worked with national, regional, and local builders developing experience in all levels of the building process. His knowledge and background allows him to work seamlessly as a part of a team with owners, architects, and engineers as well as project managers and tradesmen. His aim is to make the construction process as smooth as possible for homeowners. The previous position held by Victor was Vice- President of Construction of Baldwin Homes.
Victor’s education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Building Construction Management (Michigan State University). During his professional education he has developed in depth knowledge in the latest computer software applications to satisfy the demands of today’s construction industry.
As part of Annapolis Green Construction, Victor has implemented a construction process centered on satisfying customer needs. Specialties include:
