Our remodeling process focuses on identifying your needs and wants and developing a plan to meet them so that you are completely satisfied with the end product. We are here to guide you through the process of remodeling your home so that it is seamless and fulfilling from beginning to end.
Before we begin our process it is important that you explore what you need and want out of your new space. You can think about how you will be using that space. It is helpful to imagine yourself doing the things you want in this new space. You can also decide how you would like your project to look by searching for images online or in magazines. During this phase you also need to determine a preliminary budget for your project.
Our remodeling process is divided into 3 main phases:
- Phase I: Initial Consultation
- Phase II: Plan Development
- Phase III: Construction
In the first phase one of our experienced project managers will meet with you at your home. There is no cost for this meeting. In this meeting we will listen to your ideas about the project. We will also let you know of other ideas we may have about your project. Finally we will explain the next steps in our process so you know what to expect.
Once you have chosen us to develop plans for your project we will enter a Design Agreement. The first step in this phase is to develop preliminary plans and estimates based on the information you provided to us. The next step is to meet with you to know what your thoughts are about the plans we have created. In this meeting we will also talk about green energy efficient options for you to consider. Based on your input and the materials you have selected for your project we will proceed to develop detailed plans and a final budget.
Upon the final plans and estimate being approved we will then enter a Construction Agreement. Before we start your project we will meet with you to go over the schedule of the project and answer any other questions you may have. During your project we will continue to meet with you on a weekly basis to keep you informed of the progress. Once the project is substantial completed we will do a final walk through to go over the project.
